1.Quality Process
The QC operation process covers three core areas: incoming material inspection, process monitoring, and parts inspection and testing.
Strict inspection measures are implemented in each process. Once any abnormality is found, it will be immediately recorded in writing, in detail and accurately in the “Abnormality Report Form”. The report is then reviewed and confirmed by the QC Team Leader and sent to the relevant department for action.
Incoming Material Inspection: This section focuses on the comprehensive inspection of incoming mold blanks, steel materials and heat-treated parts.
Process Monitoring: During the production stages of CNC machining, EDM and wire cutting, the external dimensions, assembly dimensions and appearance quality of the parts are strictly controlled and inspected.
Inspection and testing of parts: After the products are completed, their external dimensions, assembly dimensions and appearance will be inspected again in detail. At the same time, the parts will be tested with the help of professional testing instruments, and the measurement report will be prepared.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results, the QC measurement room should maintain a constant temperature and humidity environment (temperature control at 22 degrees ± 2 degrees, humidity maintained between 40% and 70%). The room should be kept neat and organized, and all information should be properly stored and easy to find. In addition, all kinds of measuring tools need to be well maintained, regularly maintained and calibrated, and ensure that all items are clearly labeled.
2.Testing Equipment
We have introduced advanced imported equipments, including projectors, hardness testers, etc., to ensure that every process from the ordering of products to the delivery of products can go through precise testing. All the test reports of the products are filed and managed in strict accordance with the quality control process.
